Due to the perishable nature of our craft beer and agricultural products, we cannot accept returns on liquid goods; however, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your merchandise and apparel purchases. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our cellar team within 14 days of receipt for a full replacement or refund.

Return Process

    Ensure your item is non-perishable merchandise, unworn, and in its original packaging; please note that all beer sales are final under state law.

    Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item or any shipping damage to initiate the claim process.

    Ship Item Back

    Once authorized, pack your merchandise securely and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our Asheville brewery.

    After our team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
