Where can you ship Burial Beer products?
Due to state regulations, we currently only ship our beer to specific states including North Carolina, Washington D.C., and others where direct-to-consumer shipping of alcohol is permitted. Please check our shipping map at checkout for the most up-to-date list.
How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during transit?
We prioritize quality by shipping our beer in insulated packaging when necessary and utilizing fast transit times. We recommend refrigerating your cans immediately upon arrival to preserve the intended flavor profile.
Can I return beer or merchandise?
Per industry regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours. Merchandise like apparel may be returned within 30 days if unworn and in original condition.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires that an adult 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for any package containing alcohol. Carriers will not leave these packages unattended at your door.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, transit times vary by location but generally range from 1-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
